    DESCRIPTION
    The certification program in Forensic Toxicology is comprised of five three - credit courses and has been designed to meet the needs of today's working professionals. The program focuses on general and advanced principles of toxicology, forensic toxicology and drug metabolism providing a strong working background in analytical techniques, pharmacokinetics, drug elimination and toxicology and is novel in featuring modules in forensic pharmacology, doping control, postmortem toxicology, expert testimony and QA/QC procedures.

    Students must comply with the standard UF Computer and Software Requirements.

If you use AOL to connect to the internet, you must use either Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer as your browser.

    ACCESS TO LEARNING RESOURCES
    Distance students should first contact their program administrator for academic advising. You may talk to a librarian by telephone, email or by instant messaging. The Health Science Center Library can be reached at (352) 392-4011 or by visiting the website. Library West- the Circulation/Reserve Desk can be reached at 352-392-0345 and online. Material and supply fees are assessed for certain courses to offset the cost of materials or supply items consumed in the course of instruction. Material and supply fee information is available from the academic departments offering the course. To obtain materials, you must contact the specific academic department or college. They have the materials or will direct you to where you need to go to purchase the materials. Books may be ordered online or by calling the bookstore at 352-392-0194 or 800-226-3015.
    ACCESS TO FINANCIAL AID RESOURCES
