Online Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management
In the Hotel and Restaurant Management program students will gain
extensive training in the hospitality industry, hone decision-making
skills and enhance interpersonal communication abilities. Students will
also build a strong understanding of the skills required to run a
successful hotel and food service enterprise. Hotel and restaurant
managers make staffing and purchasing decisions and manage key personnel
such as cooks, housekeepers and concierges. The Hotel and Restaurant
Management program will strengthen students’ understanding of front
office operations, and enhance their working knowledge of the kitchen
preparation process and other essential back-office procedural practice. |
