At Rutgers Business School - Newark and New Brunswick, our goal is to provide you the training, incentive, and experiences necessary to make significant on-the-job contributions from the outset of your career. Rutgers MBA students come from nearly 100 different United States colleges and universities and more than 60 foreign schools in 29 different countries. Their average age is 27, and the average student arrives at Rutgers with more than four years of work experience. The diversity of the student body is enhanced by the number of part-time students who bring to the classroom the issues and situations that they face in their jobs on a daily basis. Through classroom lectures and real-world interactions, Rutgers gives its MBA students the business knowledge and skills required to achieve excellence in their careers. Students are exposed to an array of decision-making and problem-solving tools that have broad applicability in business situations.
