Compensation Analyst Job Description
We are currently seeking a Compensation Analyst in our NYC
location. In this role you will be responsible for developing and
coordinating the implementation of compensation strategies and
programs. Act as compensation consultant for specific client groups.
Participate in the development, communication and implementation of
all components of the BMS pay and rewards program to include base
pay, incentives, bonuses, and recognition programs, conduct and
participate in salary surveys, interpret salary data and perform
analysis to ensure competitive positioning within the marketplace,
provide guidance on compensation related issues for management.
The successful candidate will have a BA degree and 4-6 years of
progressively responsible positions in Compensation, Human
Resources. MBA or equivalent preferred in HR management or related
field. Exposure to manufacturing and team based compensation
programs, designing and implementing pay structures, market driven
analyses, job evaluation, reward and recognition programs and
executive compensation. Knowledge of federal, state and local wage
and hour regulations, and employment practices.
