This specialization prepares professionals to plan and deliver
preventive health services to communities and individuals, including
underserved communities and populations with special needs. Graduates of
this specialization are prepared to conduct and evaluate services that
improve the delivery of programs to reduce individual risk factors for
disease. Graduates are also prepared to promote the health of
communities (including programs in settings such as clinics, schools,
and work sites) through assessment, policy, and assurance. |
