DESCRIPTION
- This program trains individuals to become part of the legal team
and prepares the student for positions as a lay employee in the
varied facets of the legal profession. The graduate can expect to
operate in law firms, corporations, banks, title companies and
governmental agencies in the performance of legal services.
SPECIAL ENROLLMENT ISSUES
- While these courses are designed to prepare students pursuing a
degree as a Legal Assistant, courses may also be of interest to
students who are not in the program.

ACCESS TO FINANCIAL AID RESOURCES
- Complete and mail the FAFSA as soon as possible after January 1,
or apply online. The priority deadline for receipt of your FAFSA
information and verification information, if selected, is April 15.
Students applying after May 15 will be awarded on a "funds available
basis" and should not expect to receive aid by the beginning of the
fall semester. Therefore, those students will be responsible for
timely payment of tuition, books, etc.
Applying for financial aid involves lengthy processing and mailing
time between agencies in widespread locations. Applying early and
following up on your application is the best way to receive the
assistance for which you qualify in time to begin school. Financial
