Online Master of Science (MS) Degree in Education - Leadership in Educational
Administration
Our master's degree specializations are designed to increase your
professional depth and effectiveness in diverse educational, corporate,
traditional, and online settings.
This state-approved master's specialization meets nationally recognized
leadership standards, including the Interstate School Leaders Licensure
Consortium (ISLLC). This results-oriented program will prepare you to
translate theory into effective school leadership practice, so you can
have a profound, positive effect as you move into school administration.
State regulations vary regarding course requirements for professional
licensure. For answers to questions about professional licensure,

Portfolio
Each program includes an initial assessment of your strengths in 14 key
competencies. Throughout the program you will practice and demonstrate
mastery of these competencies. Each course's outcomes are captured in a
program portfolio that tangibly demonstrates the new skills you have
mastered. In your final course, you will complete a specialized
internship that further validates your status as an exceptional
educator.
