Criminal Justice Administration
The Criminal Justice Administration (CJA) program is designed to
introduce and develop/enhance the management and leadership skills and
methods that are needed to make the modem criminal justice organization
as efficient and effective as possible. The student completing this
program will have the communication skills, analytical skills,
teamwork/leadership skills and knowledge to effectively compete in a
wide variety of management, administration and leadership positions in
virtually any criminal justice organization. Examples include positions
as a law enforcement systems analyst/administrator, law enforcement
administrator/supervisor, legal office manager, security manager, parole
administrator, and corrections supervisor.
