Award may be used at:

• Four-year college
• Graduate school

Accreditation:

• School must be accredited

Designated institutions:

• CIEE Academic Consortium member institutions.

• Recommendation(s)
• Essay
• Transcript

Applicant must demonstrate:

• Academic achievement
• Character
• Financial need
• Proof of eligibility
• Seriousness of purpose

Other application requirements:

• FAFSA Student Aid Report or CSS/Financial Aid Profile, and other required financial aid information
• Include additional photocopy of all materials

Additional information:

• Available to Council Study Center applicants only
• Applicants must be from CIEE Academic Consortium member institutions (see Website for list)
• Applicants should demonstrate preparation for program through course work, volunteer work or internships
• Same application package may be used for Bailey and ISP scholarship
