• Applicant must be National Merit Scholar or Finalist; Presidential Scholar; have SAT/ACT in 99.5 percentile for Oklahoma residents
• Scholarships are awarded to students with high academic performance who plan to attend Oklahoma public or private university
• Application deadline varies
