Jack Oakie and Victoria Horne Oakie Scholarship
Brief Description To assist students majoring in and
or studying in the College of Creative Arts at San Francisco State
University by defraying educational expenses.
Criteria Must show financial need in a maximum 2
paragraph essay; Minimum 2.5 GPA;Watch 1 Jack Oakie or Victoria Horne
Oakie film and write a brief synopsis of the film or scene in the film
explaining what you would have done differently if you were the writer,
actor, designer etc Must agree that winning written entries will be
viewed by foundation trustees;
Major Any major in College of Creative Arts
