Brief Description The California Council of the
Blind gives a number of awards to the most deserving blind student
applicants residing in California.
Criteria Registered as legally blind; Must have
doctor's statementor a statement from a qualified professional;Academic
achievement; Financial need; If not enrolled fulltime, must have
extenuating circumstances;
