AT&T Labs Fellowship Program
Brief Description This Fellowship is for outstanding
under-represented minorities and women students who are pursuing PhD
studies in computer and communications-related fields.
Criteria Must be graduating seniors or in their first
or second year of grad school;Must be enrolled, or planning to enroll,
in a graduate program leading to a PhD; Must be Hispanic,
African-American, or Native American;
