The Weatherhead four semester MBA curriculum combines an excellent balance of integrated learning through the core curriculum and customization through the specializations (14 to choose from including Entrepreneurship, Consulting, Nonprofit Management, Strategic Management and International Business) and special international project courses. The anchor course for the curriculum structures is LEAD, Weatherhead’s flagship course in Leadership Assessment and Development, developed by our world-renowned Organizational Behavior faculty and the capstone course is Action Learning – the field consulting course completed in the second year.
