Familiarity

Job Summary:
The Human
Resources Manager will assist in the oversight of the corporate
staffing project portfolio, ensuring successful integration of
initiatives across the staffing function via an organized and
systematic approach to accomplishing project deliverables. This
position will also be responsible for project management and metric
development across the staffing function, using judgment to
determine needs and focus on impactful solutions. The successful
candidate will assist in applying sound project management, problem
solving and process improvement tools or methodologies to achieve
strategic and tactical staffing plans.
Primary
Responsibilities

Participates as a member of the corporate staffing leadership team
- Assists in
business and staff planning: data identification, gathering,
analysis, and reporting
- Focal point
for all project activity within Corporate Staffing. Project Manager
on assigned projects
- Coordinates
project progress, resources and budgets
- Facilitates
working sessions for project planning and process design
- Coordinates
written and oral communication for projects and change management
- Coordinate
with colleagues and/or external consultants regarding project
deliverables, roles, resource requirements, timelines and costs.
Develop appropriate qualitative and quantitative metrics to measure
the effectiveness of the project.
- Provides
tools and assistance to Corporate Staffing team regarding the
definition, implementation and management of project activity.
- Applies
learned knowledge of Six-Sigma methodology as an internal consultant
and researcher on Corporate Staffing project activity
- Provides
planning and coaching to other project leaders in the staffing
department in the areas of process design/improvement, metric
design, and change management/communications

Collaborates within staffing team to optimize the use of resources
and to ensure the highest level of client service
- As
requested, facilitates performance change involving individuals,
small groups, teams or entire organizations using appropriate
approaches (i.e. competency identification, performance
observations, facilitation skills).
- May lead or
support cross-functional and multi-site staffing initiatives
