Senior Human Resources Generalists
(positions available in Austin, TX and Nashville, TN)
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing a full
range of Human Resources leadership for an assigned client group. By
actively driving programs and processes in the areas of talent
acquisition & management, employee relations, leadership development
and performance management, the Human Resources Generalist
contribute significantly to our business objectives.
Specific responsibilities of the Human Resources
Generalist include, but are not limited to:
. Pro-actively evaluate HR metrics and make recommendations to
improve organizational effectiveness
. Support & implement new programs and training that drive the
adoption of a winning culture
. Coach and facilitate management team in the areas of performance
management, pay planning & career planning
. Enhance HR by integrating established best practices & by
developing strong working relationships with other Dell HR team
members
. Ensure that staffing has support from the business to facilitate
interviews, UR career fairs and campus trips
. Facilitate timely resolution of all employee relations issues
maintaining an appropriate balance between employee and management
advocacy
It is expected that the Human Resources Generalist will possess the
following skills and qualifications:
. 4-10 years experience in Human Resources management
. Degree in Human Resources or advanced degree in Business
. Solid understanding of individual motivation principles, micro and
macro organizational behavior
. Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices of HR
management
