Customer Direct Intern Job Description
Description:
As an intern with you will perform challenging work similar to that
of our full-time associates. You will work closely with our
Merchants, Web Designers, Marketers and Operations Managers to
execute select Internet business initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Work with the management team to define and implement key business
projects

Develop strategies to increase profitability, and build the
revenue and expense projections for these initiatives

Work across the Sears organization to develop detailed action
plans, always considering the impact on customers

Conduct appropriate financial and site analysis to drive related
business decisions
Successful candidates
should have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

Pursuing an MBA

Experience in related field and strong industry knowledge

Demonstrated project management skills

Experience with strategy development and business planning

High level of initiative and strong sense of urgency
Strong communication skills: verbal, written and interpersonal
