If you have a passion
for tackling complex, far reaching business problems, joining our
Summer Associate program will give you on the job insight into a
career in management consulting.
As a Summer Associate,
you play a pivotal role with responsibilities that range from
analyzing client issues and interviewing key personnel to developing
recommendations and authoring presentations. You are part of a
collaborative engagement team that provides our clients with
solutions that are practical as well as visionary - solutions that
have an impact from the boardroom to the back room.
Your internship should
not only enhance your consulting skills, but your networking skills
as well. During your time as a Summer Associate you'll take part in
a series of social outings and office-wide meetings.
We are deeply
committed to developing our consulting professionals through
thoughtful mentoring, counseling and professional training. You will
receive on-going as well as formal, written feedback throughout your
summer. High-performing Summer Associates will be given the
opportunity to join us full-time as Consultants or Senior
Consultants.
