The Rady School at UC San Diego offers a revolutionary MBA

Specifically design for students who will lead the growth industries
of science and technology, the Rady MBA is addressing the needs of
the new global marketplace with a revolutionary and innovative
curriculum for its MBA. The Rady MBA provides a thorough grounding
in the fundamentals of business and management in a global
environment. The program builds on this with a curriculum focused on
the implications of management principles and business realities for
innovation-driven organizations. Rady presents an integrated
approach to business and technology and emphasizes cross-boundary
collaborations with UC San Diego centers of excellence: science,
engineering, medicine, economics and international relations. Rady
students come from a wide variety of academic, professional, and
personal backgrounds. What they have in common is a passion for
innovation and for the ways in which technology and science
transform not only people's lives but also the world. Rady MBAs are
creative and innovative in thought and action, analytical and data
driven, entrepreneurial, active, and engaged in learning, with
demonstrated potential to achieve success as leaders. While many
students have backgrounds in science or engineering, others come to
Rady with passionate avocational interests that have motivated them
to change direction. The School promotes an active, collaborative
